“Boots ordered were different size than stated on box so manufacturers fault but Wigley were quick to offer new boots or refund. Unfortunately boots were not in stock till the new year but Wigley were very quick to collect and refund so would definitely use them again.”

The supplier reacted very quickly with an emailed appology and repaid the postage that day. The product was delivered the following day. At this time of the year (Christmas) it's understandable that the delivery of products can deviate from the norm so no big deal. Would still buy from from supplier.”
