We would rather spend our money at Wigley's than the larger DIY outlets, plus they often have more than one type of product to compare prices, which I have always found useful.

“Although I live locally I wouldn't have known where to look in your big well stocked store. Price was very competitive, in fact the cheapest. I purchased to click and collect but was a little surprised not to receive a text to say the goods were ready. I had to phone to see if they were ( of course they were ready ), but maybe I made an error on the internet site. Well done and I do hope that your venture into online selling is a success. “To James Allen, I made a payment for a new hose and reel. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the item and I messaged you to let you know about this. I was then refunded less £5.95. I assume this is the delivery cost. Unfortunately I did not receive the item but you have stated that you attempted twice to deliver. I and at least one member of our family have been in constantly and we have never had a delivery card to state you’ve been. I would like the delivery cost back as well please. Also I would still like to purchase the hose and reel. Can you please advise. Regards John.”
