Sorry you had to wait longer than expected for your parcel. Although couriers are never likely to be perfect we have generally been able to stick to our delivery estimates all through this difficult time.

Their customer service team is excellent - there was a slight delay because the courier failed to collect any packages from them but we were sent an email immediately which apologised and asked if we were OK with getting it a day late or whether we would like a refund (we didn't) and the order arrived the next day as expected.
I would happily buy from them again”
