I’m very sorry about this - we have a live worm guarantee so we will replace without any hassle. We hate our worms to have problems - and it’s rare but just occasionally a batch does go wrong - usually getting warm in transit.

“I bought anti acid lime mix. I find when there is a build of acid in the wormery the worms collect around the lid to try and escape. I stir in the mix and they settle down again it works like magic!”

I think you will find they are animal, not vegetable or mineral. I have been a great fan of Wiggly Wigglers for many years, using your products for my composting wormery, but really - you should write your own instruction sheet and not copy from an ? American site, using Farenheit instead of Centigrade....You can do better.”
