“Very nice place for bathrooms, and mostly very nice people to help, except a couple of people at counter in the warehouse at collection especially 1man who was very nasty to me”

“Ordering products online was easy, the showroom in Glasgow is nice and helps to have an idea of what you would like to get. However: - While in the showroom, I asked a question about the difference between two very similar shower heads and the shop assistant said that it was just a different design. It was not just that. And the difference was relevant. - I ordered a vanity and toilet combined, which the color I had picked was not in stock yet. I was informed of when it would be delivered and arranged with contractors a suitable date to start work in my bathroom. 3 days before the delivery date, I called Wholesale Domestic just to confirm all the items I had ordered were being delivered on the same day and was informed that there was a delay of 2 weeks in the arrival of the vanity unit. I thought that it was very inconsiderate of Wholesale Domestic for not informing me of the delay. - The shower head I ordered had missing parts. I was lucky that the contractors renovating my bathroom had extra parts for showers and this didn't delay the bathroom installation. There was nothing inside the package that I could have used to check if everything was there.”

Good morning Ana I am really sorry to see that your order was not to your satisfaction due to the service you have received. With regard to the lack of communication about the out of stock item, this is something that we are currently working on with our developers in order to keep customers informed better than we have done in this case. “Made a mistake and ordered bath too small. Asked to return the bath and get next size up but told you could not do this for me. It is too expensive £90 to return so have had to shop elsewhere for a larger size. Now left with a brand new bath that stands me in £197 loss. As you can imagine we are not impressed at the service. Linda Gregory. Buyers beware !!!”

“Pretty much bought a new bathroom from the store and absolutely no dramas. Delivered on time and when I returned items I didnt need (within the alloted timescale) they reimbursed me fine.”

“Absolutely delighted with our bathroom products. The bathroom is now finished & looks great. We had an issue with the toilet & I called W D & within 10 minutes they had it sorted out for me. The staff I have dealt with along the way are a credit to W D.”

“Been up to the DBS a few times now, good response from staff when visiting at the Hillington warehouse/store. Order online and advised on pick up. As above either phoning or buying materials staff friendly and efficient. Competitively priced and cheaper on some lines than competitors.”

“Excellent design and quality of bathroom cabinet, which was delivered uneventfully and as scheduled. Unfortunately though, on initial opening of delivery carton and after peeling off protective film, one of doors was found to have sustained minor corner damage. Initial response on contacting customer services, was for them to infer that the door in question had been dropped by myself during its installation/fitting. After brief correspondence during which I highlighted (with photographs) that this had not been the case, and that the standard manufacture/ delivery packaging was inadequate (a close fitting single layer non-corrugated cardboard carton with no further internal or corner protection), they agreed to send a replacement door. Two attempts were made by them to despatch a replacement, each of which evidently had an inadequate degree of protective packaging (cling film and bubble wrap only) since they both exhibited very similar corner damage to that as on the very first door received! As I had little remaining confidence of ever receiving an un-damaged replacement, I finally attended to their warehouse in person to collect a satisfactory replacement. Overall my partner and I are very happy with my purchase: lots of storage in a compact and stylish and well made unit. However, and based on our experience, be aware that compared to other bathroom outlet products I have received, packaging is completely insufficient to assure contents are intact or undamaged on arrival.”

“I received my order, having spent over a £1000 on boards to arrive with absolutely no protection on them is outrageous, not wrapped and delivery driver would bring them upstairs to my apartment,”

“Staff were very knowledgable ,polite and professional.it was easy to order and my items arrived in time. 1 bit of lami ate was broken at the corner but we managed to cope with that”
