The items I ordered for my new shower and wall panels were all very good, however the instructions were contradicting for the base of the shower tray, one wanted 11mm base the other had 18mm minimum. Also the delivery of some items was not very good, first the wall panels were damaged on the corners, and even the replacements were broken but I managed to use them, Wholesale Domestic were very good to send replacements, but would not recommend their delivery company.

Original order of Napoli 600 bathroom cabinet arrived with broken glass shelves. Replacement was agreed but never arrived neither did a second if it was ever sent. Eventually the only response to an email query was a return confirmation but 2 months on still no refund

Purchased a bathroom radiator in store sales advisor efficient and friendly also when I arrived at the collection warehouse the radiator was being carried to my car as I parked. Very efficient.

The style of the Omega mirror is perfect as I wanted a mirror with a sturdy stand and this fits the bill exactly, so 5 stars for design. But the mirror itself only magnifies 3X and I really wanted a 5X magnifying for applying make-up. I simply could not find anywhere this sort of stand with a 5X magnifying mirror so took a chance on 3X, but itā€™s not really good enough. If this mirror was made 5X magnifying it would be perfect and would warrant 5 stars.

Found the sink, toilet and taps that we liked. A member of staff (Jennifer Cowan) was walking towards us and we asked if she could help us. We pointed to the items that we were interested in and asked what extras we would require, as in parts etc. she replied, ā€œuve already picked it so how can I helpā€ this was said in the most arrogant unhelpful tone. And the expression on her face showed the exact same. She walked off without saying a word, so we guessed we should follow. We got to the cash desk, where she proceeded to ask for information in the same exasperated unhelpful manner. Then nothing. She continued whatever she was doing then announced ā€œ you canā€™t have those taps they are out of stockā€. She didnā€™t advise of a date when they would be in or have any other suggestions. Her manner was extremely rude. We had to ask the questions ourselves. I asked about similar taps, and without saying a word, she again wandered off. So we followed. She pointed out different taps and said ā€œ thatā€™s all there isā€ and wandered off again. We went back to pay for the goods , where we asked if we picked something different would they fit the sink. The look I got from her !! By this stage I really was not impressed with her attitude which made me even more unhappy with the taps. I said this to my husband and she quickly jumped in, ā€œ you can always change them.ā€. We couldnā€™t wait to leave the store. We went to another designated area to pick up the items and found the guy extremely helpful, pleasant and very informative. He should be the person in the main store selling g your goods not Ms Cowan

No clear delivery timescales on website , and had to contact by phone to confirm order was being processed , to be told it would be dispatched around 5 working days after order !! Then only half the order was delivered, phoned , then received outstanding items , 12 days after initial order , product was fine though .

Ordered wet wall panels at a great price and quickly delivered, unfortunately some of the panels were cracked but wholesale domestic replaced them very quickly without any fuss.

Got everything apart from a bath very well packed slight chip on unit phoned up and spoke to a lady called rhiana sent a replacement out next day excellent service delivered on time as well šŸ‘

Last year we introduced a brand new order and return system and there have been some initial teething problems with certain aspects of it. We really appreciate you pointing this out. Regretfully I have to say this is the worst service I have ever experienced in 50 years. I ordered a full bathroom unit which arrived after a long delay. The sink arrived damaged and since then I am now on sink number 5 and have no confidence this one will arrive undamaged. I asked them not to use the same courier but they did. I asked them to package it more carefully and they didn't. It was just strapped to a pallet. I rang today and they said they would ring me back and they didn't for the second time. I have never had such a poor customer experience as this. I have twice mentioned I just want my money back and for this nightmare to.be over. Such a shame.

Very friendly and proficient staff when making my order. The showroom is bright, clean and appealing. I had a problem with my order and had to return some items. This was dealt with by a very pleasant employee at the collection depot. All in all a very pleasant purchasing experience and good value for money.
