“Overall happy with my new bathroom , but unfortunately had a few problems that have been sorted out well but still not happy about the quality of materials as I have had to change the unit twice a d was told that will be the last time that I would get a replacement part , so overall your quality of materials is not suitable and will probaly need to get a new bathroom next year but not from you,”

“Ordered Harlequin floor tiles, great price and great quality. Cut well and look lovely laid in my hearth. I used click and collect service which was great and available really quickly. Picked up without any trouble and the guy even packed them into the boot of my car for me!”

“When replacing our whole bathroom we went to Wholesale Domestic Bathroom Showroom and the choice was fantastic. Advice from the friendly, knowledgeable staff was exceptional. Deliver was on time when they said it would be ready. Also follow up visit to the store for additional items was as expected with ease. All in all an excellent service with a friendly family like smile. I would recommend Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms to anyone looking at replacing their bathroom.”

“I had to travel 69 miles each way twice due to two shower trays been cracked They were exchanged each time but the point is they should not have been cracked in the first place”

“Only one girl in the whole shop new what I was looking for, Then I was told they wouldnt take back ant extra boxes that I had so now I’m left with a whole box that’s not even been opened , and then when you leave the shop you need to go to the warehouse to pick them up and when they came out one box was clearly very damaged and the boy serving me was not happy when I asked him to open it and check , and when they where ALL broken he was not happy at getting me a replacement”

“It was a pleasure dealing with WSD, their customer service was great. There was a problem with my delivery and replace the damaged items without any issue, they also accepted some unused material back and they gave me a full refund. i would definitely do business with them again.”

“Although the prices are very reasonable, every order I have placed has either been delivered with an item broken or missing it’s very frustrating when it’s for customers bathrooms etc, although telephone staff are very helpful if there is a problem”

“Excellent service from the showroom rep to choose what needed to right budget. very patient. Excellent prices and quick delivery. Value for money is unbelievable. Highly recommend. Also great phone service and explanation when i needed to change the bath tap spec. made very easy.”

“Great bathroom suite / tiles / flooring. Arrived at 8.30am as selected a morning delivery. Unloaded carefully and friendly delivery drivers. Quality is super and no issues at all. I changed my mind on a tap and returned it and exchanged without question. 5 stars.”
