No clear delivery timescales on website , and had to contact by phone to confirm order was being processed , to be told it would be dispatched around 5 working days after order !! Then only half the order was delivered, phoned , then received outstanding items , 12 days after initial order , product was fine though .

Last year we introduced a brand new order and return system and there have been some initial teething problems with certain aspects of it. We really appreciate you pointing this out. Goods arrived on a pallet shrink wrapped you need help to unwrap as the goods could fall when shrink wrap is cut.I inspected and found towel rail was damaged which meant a trip to get it exchanged ,sink unit seemed too take up more room than I thought so I called to get it changed but because I dumped all the packaging i was told it was not possible to return it.

Hi John. Sorry to see your experience was not so good. I can see your order was sent via our courier partner and therefore has had to be wrapped to make sure it gets to you OK. I can see a replacement radiator has been issued for you now. Unfortunately we are unable to take back items that we are unable to sell to new customers and that includes missed packaging. On having to return the goods bought as they would not fit I advised I would like to change the toilet as I was returning goods. I wasn’t advised the toilet I was being sold was double the price of the original one seems to be so that no credit would be due. Did not know this until I was home as my invoice was emailed and did not come through till then. Not very happy !

Hi Aileen. Sorry to see you have had a poor experience. I have looked into your invoice and it seems that the original order had a vanity suite whereas on your return you had to mix and match the items. I understand that it seems as though the same items are being sold at different prices but it's just that we offer our vanity suites at a discount when you buy the full kit. When we arrived we had to search for a sale assistant, then once we found one theu were a bit disrespectful to be honest. We had done some research into the L shape bath and where taps ect can be placed and two of your assistants got I to a debate with myself and my husband in regards to this.

The customer service from Wholesale domestic was great from the in store and online staff.. However the delivery company who are contracted, left a pallet outside my door with a full bathroom suite and furniture on it for me to bring into the house myself!!! They say it is due to covid rules. Well I had another delivery the same day from Argos, who brought the items into the house and put them in the upstairs room. I'm on my own.. the last thing I need is to be manhandling a bathroom suite from a pallet into my house.. and then of course you have to dispose of the pallet as well. No thank you, I'm not impressed with your delivery!!:(

The road surface at the collection centre is in a shocking condition . Customers should be informed before they actually pay for their goods that they have to go to a building on the opposite side of the estate to collect . It is underhand to tell people this only after you have their cash.

We have recently spent a significant amount on improving the road, only for bad weather to ruin the work and it somehow ended up worse than before. Unfortunately, there were a few errors with my order which was frustrating and resulted in the tiles I had ordered and been told were in stock being unavailable when I needed them Also the wrong tiles were delivered. I was also told I had to collect large quantities of tiles from the warehouse but on arrival, I was told this was incorrect as the weight was much to great for my car. This issue was however resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Other than delivery time, due to time restraints I had to drive to Glasgow to collect goods. Goods were of a standard I was expecting and ideal for the clients requirements.

I was happy with product, good quality at an affordable price. However I was kept in the dark about despatch and when it would be delivered, no info apart from receiving my order. So I was a bit suspect about the site and whether I would even receive my order. So it was a shock when a large vehicle turned up one morning. If I had not been in, these very large items wouldn't have been able to be left on the doorstep. So delivery info would've been benificial.

Great selection of products at a good price. Unfortunately far too many staff at the showroom and often only one member of staff dealing with damages and returns. When i did manage to get a damaged vanity unit re-ordered i waited for 3 weeks only to find out they had forgotten to process it (probably due to being over worked). I then waited another week for it. Ended up with a very unhappy customer who i was fitting a bathroom for and it cost me £300 in compensation. I haven’t been back since that experience. Quick to sell products but seemed to have no interest in aftersales. It’s a shame as I would have been a regular customer but I can’t rely on that kind of service for my business to work. There was a six week wait for delivery, it was then delivered in bits (perhaps I read it wrong) but all this cost me almost, in fact more to have it fitted then the original parts

Loads of different styles and something for every space. I found it fairly easy to get advice from sales assistants. The mirror I wanted however was out of stock. In all it was fine but I felt it was a bit pricy, the sales assistant disagreed with me.

hi,i bought them boards to do my bathroom,i think they are great ,but i was not expecting them wallboards to cost more than the new bathroom stuff,,your walls = £504 ,bathroom fittings £467..otherwiae i like them,,,the order came fast enough too,and packaged very well,,,,e s mcgough

I used this company as the pricing was very competitive and the website was easy to negotiate. The ordering process was quick and easy. That's where the system fell down . I wasn't informed that my order was out of stock and then the delivery was absolutely rediculous. I didn't receive my order after it was dispatched for three weeks. When it did finally arrive in three separate deliveries some was damaged and the quality of the trim was very disappointing as the silver finish just peeled off. Really poor. My delivery charge was returned but wouldn't use this company again.

Overall, a good shop. Waiting times on the phone and at the depot ridiculous. That said, the faulty item was replaced swiftly when I eventually got through.

The main showroom is good But the pickup dept is TERRIBLE 😩 And for that reason I only use your services in an emergency
