“Bought new bathroom furniture and sink. When I got home I realised the sink drawer was not perfect so phoned. Was told to send pictures and they would replace but I opted to return for a new one as we needed it right away. Absolutley no problem exchanging and checked on site. New one was perfect and I love my new bathroom. Slightly annoying as I live near Falkirk so had to make two journeys but can't fault staff as they were great.”

“The products were terrific and now the bathroom is fitted and complete. Looking fantastic. This was being fitted while we were on holiday. My only complaint is that on 2 occasions the fitter had to make separate runs to the depot to change over items which were wrong and not as shown on the invoice. This incurred extra costs for us. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.”
