“Ordered bathroom in store, staff very helpful, the only downside to our transaction was that 1 item was out of stock and we had to collect from store despite paying for delivery for all parts. That said we had a slight problem with part of the delivery, this was resolved by the branch without fuss. All in all a good service”

“Having used this company before for a full bathroom revamp some years ago, it is my go to place now for new house. Great selection of all things bathroom,I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Good prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.”

“The staff on the day answered all my questions pointed me in the right direction showed me different options to completing my order: called custimer service and they akso werevwry helpfull :the delivery process was simple giving me notice and a delivery window love my new bathroom”

“Disappointed when the box containing our shower cabinet we ordered was opened, several pieces were missing, meaning a delay in the installation. No contact or apology from the store. Poor customer service.”

“Over the years I have bought bathroom suites etc from Wholesale Domestic and also from members of my family. I like the layout and choice and variety of products within your superstore. There is a great selection and everything you are looking for is under one roof- also when dealing with your staff they were very helpful and knowledgable and friendly as was the staff at the pick-up store. Very clean and tidy overall an enjoyable shopping experience and tradesmen also recommended WD.”

“i got an estimate for pennies under a grand just over a month ago, we went in last week to extend the estimate period for another month and the operative was less than helpful, not even a smile once during the whole experience, hopefully we don't get her when wee go in and pay for it. apart from that, all good as we have used them multiple times before.”

“I ordered a cabinet and sink . The cabinet was slightly damaged and once I sent in photos a new one was sent asap fir replacement . No email needed just a nice kind lady answering the phone no hassle . Great service .”

“I needed 6 tiles (600 x 300mm) for a step. Liked the tiles so bought one box and was charged about £35 for tiles plus £36 delivery. They arrived by Royal Mail and all were broken. Royal Mail costs £12 for this weight so they were just trying to make more money instead of using a proper delivery service for this weight. The only reason they didn't get one star is because I got a refund.”
