“Ordered tickets at the end of Nov, in anticipation for a busy pta month. Paid for 5 day delivery. They turned up 10 days late, just one working day before the raffle closed. On complaining all they offered was postage costs back. Our PTA is now £50 down (plus what we could have potentially sold extra) Awful service.”

“We paid extra to get the tickets faster than usual delivery. Unfortunately, a problem with the courier made them later but Raffle Tickets 4 U quickly sorted the problem. The tickets were of a very high standard and extremely easy to order. As a member of PTA UK we were able to benefit from discount. We will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“The website is easy to use to design your raffle tickets. The tickets were promptly delivered. I did ring at one point to enquire about something and the customer service was friendly, polite and helpful. The tickets themselves were fantastic, quality was very good. Good value for money and well presented. Would definitely recommend. We as a charity will be using this company again and again :)”

“The tickets were printed as requested and fine, but the packaging was so poor that a lot of them arrived damaged and unusable. Would suggest tight packaging and some kind of padding so that they don't get damaged in transit.”

“This is our first experience of pre-printed raffle tickets. The templates online made this easy and straightforward. The tickets arrived within the time frame stated. The tickets were clearly printed and look exactly as they did on screen when we placed the order. All in all I am happy with the service and would almost certainly use this service again.”

“I wanted custom raffle tickets for my sons rugby team, Raffle Tickets 4 U gave me so many options. Lots of designs to choose from, easy to customise and fast delivery. Good quality books of tickets - really gave our Christmas raffle a professional look. Will definitely use Raffle Tickets 4 U again. 5*”

“I received no formal notification of my order. When I went to track my order, the system told me that it did not recognise my order so I had to call to see where the order was. It was dispatched a day over the due date and there was a problem with the courier so that it was 3 days late. All in all, a very stressful time and I wouldn’t use them again.”
