Hi Margaret, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your tickets yet. I have checked your account and they were despatched from us on time, they are now with the courier. There was an unexplained delay with your order which meant they weren't delivered on Friday when they should have been. The courier account says your order is out for delivery today. They can deliver until 7pm tonight. Please get in touch tomorrow if you still haven't received your parcel. Many thanks, Amy

“Service excellent but make sure you proof read before order! Our tickets omitted to show 'many more prizes' (as written on order form) so it looked like we only had three prizes. I was told "I should have checked the proof. Otherwise ok”

“I didn't know that when you amended an order the the tickets go back to 1000. I needed 4000, so Amy was really good in sorting that out. I would suggest that there is a check point where the customer is advised that they need to check, or re put in the amount of tickets needed. Thank you. Jeanette”

“It was pretty straight forward ordering the tickets. I ordered them on Friday 19th August and as of today 31st I am still waiting for them so cannot comment on quality or printing.”

Hi Pat, I'm sorry you have received your reviews email but haven't received your tickets. The email is automated and because of the bank holiday creating a day delay, the email was actually sent out too early. Your order is due to be despatched on or before the 2nd of September and you'll received them the following working day. Thanks, Amy
