“Very poor customer service with a three day delay in delivery due to DHL. Rude sales person who wasn’t helpful at all. We are doing this to raise money for charity so a reliable and prompt service is critical. Wouldn’t recommend you in a very competitive market place.”

“You did okay although I made a mistake on the date. I know you print what I ordered but looking at it I thought you would pick up on the date being the wrong year. Too late now. Better luck next time.”
