“Really pleased with our raffle tickets. Had the same last year. Quality good. Any problems they were quick to resolve. Highly recommend”

“Order never arrived. Tried do say the delivery company couldn’t deliver but had no notification of this and even paid extra to have quick delivery. Have used many times and don’t think I will again”

Dear Ms Herbe We are sorry about your experience with DPD. However, as we mentioned yesterday on the telephone, they did leave a card with you twice (they have provided a photo of your front door as proof) and as you did not contact them, they eventually sent your parcel back to us. We notice that you have used two email addresses - one to contact us and another which you used when placing your order which was then forwarded to DPD. It might be worth checking that email address as that is where all the email correspondence from us and DPD would have been sent. “They come in books of 5 - although they weren’t glued very well and I had to go through and stick loads back together as they are being handed out at school and each child would have a different number in each book! These came with a premium price tag so expected high quality and was disappointed. Having said that, I do like the design.”
