Dear Katherine An email was sent to you the day the tickets left instructing you that the tickets will be arriving the next working day but according to DHL they tried delivering on the next working day but no one was there to sign for the delivery. We understand that you now have your tickets and wish you all the success with your raffle. The Support Team

Dear Claire Thank you for your review. However, for future reference, you can edit the information on the counterfoil. You can change the wording in the editor in the field 'counterfoil information'. You can find this is between 'Ticket Price' and 'Ticket Number' Kind regards The Support Team
