“The delivery did not arrive on time and even after paying extra to have a delivery before 10am on Saturday, the tickets arrived at 5pm. Missed the event so pointless. Have used this company before and not experienced any problems so was perhaps just very unlucky.”

Hi Margaret, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your tickets yet. I have checked your account and they were despatched from us on time, they are now with the courier. There was an unexplained delay with your order which meant they weren't delivered on Friday when they should have been. The courier account says your order is out for delivery today. They can deliver until 7pm tonight. Please get in touch tomorrow if you still haven't received your parcel. Many thanks, Amy

“Service excellent but make sure you proof read before order! Our tickets omitted to show 'many more prizes' (as written on order form) so it looked like we only had three prizes. I was told "I should have checked the proof. Otherwise ok”
