“Prompt reaction to my email concerning a query by phone and a real person to speak to. Approved order on 8th April though and here we are 23rd and still no delivery!”

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you've received your review email before the goods have arrived. Unfortunately the bank holiday had created problems with the email timing.
