“I found the tool I needed and ordered as a click and collect. The price was very reasonable and the item was ready to collect quickly. The collection area was a bit tricky to find on arrival, I think it could be better sign posted. It's not clear where to go when coming into the carpark.”

“The item l ordered was very competitively priced but the postage cost cut the savings. However it was still cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was quick. Certainly use them again.”

“Everything arrived as ordered within a few days, although the 'box' used had a few gaps round the edges, so could have been better secured, but luckily nothing was missing. As nothing has been used yet I am unable to comment further at this time.”

“The tool box arrived very promptly and looks very good. The only disappointment was the large picture and description on the outside of the box. My husband took delivery as I was out and this was meant to be a surprise birthday present.”

“The set of Draper router bits was a really good price and despatched very quickly. The only point I would make is that you may want to ensure all the bits are securely fixed in the box for delivery as they became loose in the box in transit and therefore as they have no identification on the bits you had to work out which matched up with the labelling in the box”

“I paid for next day delivery service - it took two days to be delivered. When I received it the carrying box was badley damaged. I had to contact customers services i was a small refund for damaged or replacement carrying box. I took the offer of the replacement box. I added a photo of the damaged box - when we unpacked it more there was more damage.”

“Service was great. Swift postage. Can of good quality, a bit taller than my others so snags the tank tap. Two pice rose is poor as it leaks round join, will need gluing.”
