“They delivered quickly and it was packaged well, however the small torque wrench itself is not good, I bought it to change a rocker cover gasket, when torquing the bolts back up you can’t hear the click and get no feedback from it so subsequently snapped a bolt”

“Quick delivery and great price. Unfortunately the tool (a simple 1/4” router bit) wasn’t up to much and the bearing on it gave up pretty quickly. Not White Rose Tools fault but not great nonetheless.”

“Items are fine, prices are fine but delivery is too slow. Most online suppliers deliver in two days and a lot are now next day delivery.”

“Wanted a range of fibre washers to cover a few jobs, but arrived with a damaged box and various washers in the bag, on further nvestigation plastic piece was not in the bag along with a few missing washers, so assume packed broken as bag was NOT DAMAGED in any way”
