“Ordered 2 items which were marked "In Stock" on the website with 2-5 working days dispatch time. Looked good. However, it seems that "In Stock" refers to whether the supplier/wholesaler/manufacturer has the item "In Stock", not White Rose Tools. Outcome, items arrive one month after order placed, (granted 3 bank holidays and weekend days in that period). Family & Friends recommendation; with reservation.”

“2 fire extinguishers arrived. They have a 5 year life but these were already a year old. I raised this and you were going to talk to Sealey. So far no response Simon”

“It is very sad that I have to state that the toolsplitter LS450H at a cost of £86 did not work at all for me. The upside is that White Rose Tools is a very reputable firm and cares for its customers. The item is very well constructed and might work in different circumstances, but certainly not for me. White Rose will help you to choose the right tool.”

“ordered a replacement pressure washer hose, even though i called and they confirmed that the hose had the correct type of connections at both ends it arrived incorrectly with different type of connections at both end ends.sent it back wont be using the company again.”
