“excellent company Had a problem with item that I purchased. Phoned and spoke to a helpful and friendly guy who immediately sorted it by sending a replacement which arrived within 2 days. The problem was a manufacturing defect not the Companys but their response was top class. This is what you call customer service.Amazon and the other crappy companies that only communicate by email take note”

“Ordered a hammer from White Rose. It was the cheapest of its type that I could find anywhere. Email communication was perfect and item came bang on time. I'll definitely be buying more equipment from them.”

“My order of 2 x 1" size vices was very easy to place & within a very short space of time I received a communication informing me that they had been despatched by Royal Mail. A couple of days later & they were delivered to my door. They were exactly what I was needing & were as well built as their much larger cousins used in engineering workshops the world over. I'm quite sure that these will last a lifetime. I would certainly purchase from White Rose Tools again.”

“I always use Torx screws around the house and garden. I usually buy them from Screwfix, then I saw that Whiterose Tools were cheaper for the same type of screw, so I ordered a selection that were missing from my toolbox. Postage was free, as I had spent over £25. They were delivered quickly, and the quality was excellent.”
