“The items were in stock and easy to order. I was kept updated on dispatch times and given the tracking reference. Royal Mail did not deliver on the day stated and delayed it by 24 hrs (not the fault of White Rose). The items were packaged well and arrived safely. I am very pleased with the service and would use White Rose Tools again in the future.”
