“Really great service- purchased a strummer , price was very good compared to others and item arrived when promised. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to use the strummer and contacted White Rose, explained circumstances and asked if I could return the item and they not only said yes but my refund was processed on the day the item was returned to them. Great advert for excellent customer service.”
