“Customer service was excellent. Person I spoke to was really helpful, item was not in stock but they sorted getting what I wanted in very quickly and we had them delivered within a few days. Very happy with the service and would order again.”

“Found accidentally on website when looking to purchase fly-tying storage box. Product ideal - looked excellent quality and a good price. Only difficulty was the delivery for various reasons but Luke dealt with this speedily and efficiently and could not fault the effort taken which was not of the company's making”

“Was contacted within a day of placing my order to say it was being dispatched and then update to a delayed delivered because of weather conditions, I.e. ice and snow, but delivered with three days and exactly the time slot stated, excellent service.”
