order was missing a card and one wrong card was sent. Took over a week for them to reply. When they did they asked me to confirm the information in my original email. Weeks later still nothing.l Customer service non existent which is a shame because the cards, when they are sent correctly are lovely also very slow delivery

I've been a repeat customer for a long time and always been pleased, - but this time I ordered a large number of Christmas cards and when they arrived half of them were missing. I let Whistlefish know straight away and I had to provide a copy of the packing slip. It took three days for them to investigate and find there had been a problem and they the said they would send out the missing cards. However, they sent them in the usual way (on 24/11/22) but I have still not received them mainly because of the postal strike. Royal Mail didn't receive the parcel until 29/11/22 and I don't suppose I'll get them until 3rd December at the earliest, maybe not until 5th. I am really disappointed as I wanted to write my cards and get them posted whilst I had time and because of the strikes and delays. I know Whistlefish aren't responsible for the strikes but they could have got the cards to me much quicker by sending them out by 1st Class (or Royal Mail Tracked 24 service) - I would have then received them on 22nd/23rd November -As it stands now I won't get the cards until at least 2 weeks after I should have done (if they hadn't have been missing in the first place)

Very Disappointed as this was the first order I had done with Whistlefish . Had the one card I really wanted for 12th Nov. missing from the order along with baubles that I had ordered and paid for and this was excepted by whistle fish on 30th Oct in plenty of time to receive the order. for 12th Nov Parcel arrived on 5th Nov rang customer service first thing on 7th Nov to inform them and was told the card would be sent out to me. this was followed by 2 more phone calls because the card still has not arrived and was told the card had not been posted out till late last week and this is i feel totally unacceptable for a paid in advance order. missing card and today is 17th Nov the postal worker has been and still no card. Emailed customer service and had reply. Was

Saw a refund notification for one of my items which was a gift for someone and which didn't arrive. No explanation no compensation. Not very impressed.

I have always been pleased with Whistlegish products. Unfortunately I have still not received my order, despite Evri receiving it 13 days ago. I will not be placing any future orders because if their poor service. The clothes have not arrived in time for my planned event.

I recently wrote a 2* review following an email about a picking error in my order of 15 birthday cards and my request that you replace card coded A331 an anniversary card, with card code B331, the birthday card I ordered. You have not had the decency to respond to my email or to replace the card sent in error and my original email request was sent weeks ago now. I was astounded to read your 1* and 2* reviews from other customers highly dissatisfied with your customer service. Don't you think you should be looking into this and improving your customer relations and how you deal with problems. Your cards are lovely, but I definitely won't be ordering from your website again. OK if things go right but rubbish service if they go wrong and not a way to get recommendations!

Cards were excellent but I was sent one I hadn't ordered and it was an anniversary card which was no use to me at all. I had ordered B331 and was sent A331. I sent an email straight away with copy of the 'pick instruction' I had received asking for the correct card to be sent and if required I would return the one that had been picked incorrectly. Never received a reply and this must be getting on for over three weeks ago now, not impressed.

Love the cards but I was overcharged in the Fowey branch. Despite being told I would be refunded within five working days, it is now two weeks and no refund. Not impressed

I purchased two prints but I was not told that these would need custom made frames! I’ve been quoted £80 to have them framed which is well out of my budget. Such a shame as I really liked the prints.

Ordered 1 Mug. A tin of cards turned up. To be fair, customer service re sent the mug to my address. But it took them a long time to respond to my email.

Previously a big fan of Whistlefish but last order had two items missing. One of which they had refunded, the other I had to get in touch with customer services before I was refunded. Most disappointed with the lack of communication about not being able to fulfil the order.

Sadly, my order was NOT complete, there were 2 items missing! However, I am happy to confirm that this isn’t usual for Whistlefish, whose products and customer service are normally excellent.

I always order my birthday cards, event cards, Christmas cards and Easter cards from Whistlefish, as with Covid and not being well enough to go out it has been very beneficial to me over the past couple of years. I ordered my cards for Easter but there were three out of stock, I did not get the chance to ask them to substitute them for me they just sent the order informing me about the three short. Due to this, I was unable to send three of my friends an Easter card this year. As you can imagine it was very disappointing not to receive my full order or be given the chance to have substitutes sent.

I have only given 2 stars as some of the products which I ordered in the sale were not sent to me as they were out of stock apparently. I did not receive an email informing me of this and although my account was re-credited I was not informed. They did refund postage paid but unfortunately this was only done after I emailed them.
