“Whilst the products whistlefish supple are good quality and varied for all tastes my experience of service on this occasion was poor. The postal service delivered my order somewhere else. Although this is not whistlefish's remit, the after sales service should be. The Royal Mail customer service is difficult to deal with as it's managed centrally - still no response some weeks later. Whistlefish, has no in person customer service. After three emails over several days someone finally emailed and advised I hadnt looked properly and appeared to imply I was perhaps dishonest. Luckily the person a kilometre away kindly dropped the package in. Whilst I like the products I am undecided whether I shall use the service again.”
