I was really disappointed with my recent order. The despatch team sent out the incorrect size of the framed Padstow Harbour print. The order had been timed to allow me to deliver the print as a birthday present for my daughter. I provided evidence of the mistake and the correct print was sent out but not until the first print had been collected and returned which meant that I was unable to give my daughter her present on time.

This purchase was a particular request for my daughter in law. From that point of view it was just what she wanted. However from my point of view I found the cost of P&P extortionate, not sure how that is justified. My other complaint is the vast amount of packaging, completely over the top making a trip to the tip necessary to get rid of huge amount of cardboard.

The cards were very good quality, however I ordered a ‘for your July birthday’ card and received a June one! Not a great deal of use near the end of July. Maybe, check and double check before packing up an order. Had to give my friend a generic card

Order 30 cards as a special offer and only received 29, disappointed that the 30 I’d spent time selecting couldn’t be sent to me. So ended up contributing to the postage of you like

My order was not processed correctly and my complaint was not dealt with professionally. No apology and no response initially. Poor customer service that I have never encountered before from Whistlefish.

At least 5/6 cards sent were substandard which I returned. Hopefully I will receive replacement cards or refund inc postage to return my good will with your company.

Although product is lovely when there was a mistake and had cause to speak to customer services I found them in helpful, off hand almost to the point of rudeness. Wont be using them again

Nice card but it took a whole week to arrive! Not great for an impromptu purchase if you can't find a decent card in a shop. Can't fathom why it took so long to post me a card! Can't recommend with that timescale, and unlikely to use again.

I love the quality of the cards but was disappointed to see that although quality checked I was one card short. As they were only £1 a card I've let it go but if things are getting quality checked I would expect errors to be picked up.

Had a really bad experience with my last order, placed the order on the 16th February and didn’t receive it until last week. After two weeks and no delivery email I phoned my order had been placed and money taken and nothing else in total it took nearly four weeks for it to arrive. The lady on the other end of the phone was very apologetic and true to her word.

The cards are amazing but the order I placed took long to deliver and missed several birthdays, so had to go buy extra cards, very disappointing.

Cards were good value spoilt by message inside being very vague and near impossable to read. So for me poor value. So stars to suit. Don't say I should have complained they should not have been sent.

Pleased with the card, it's presentation and price. £2.00 plus £1.50 delivery. However, during my ordering process I did not come across delivery times or options (IE next day, standard etc etc), besides a note of possible delays due to postal strikes. In spite of this, I felt that ordering Tuesday mid afternoon would be safe enough considering I didn't need the card until the following Saturday. It finally arrived the following Tuesday or Wednesday, so 7-8 days delivery time, several days after the occasion for which it was intended. There were no postal strikes in England or Scotland during this period. If you are organised and order WELL in advance, I can absolutely recommend Whistlefish, however I think I would stick with the well known card purchasing sites in future as a week or more is a little too long to wait.

The cards I actually received were fine but I had specifically ordered at this time to include 2 mothers' day cards. These did not arrive as they were out of stock! They were in stock when I ordered them and are still in stock today. I was refunded for the 3 cards not sent but I wouldn't order again if I needed a card for a special occasion.

Cards are of lovely quality. However packaging was terrible and split open at both ends. Cards were exposed to the elements as not protected inside
