“The product I got was defective and brittle and broke on the first run I contacted wheelspin for advise on what to do and the first thing I was told we don't replace crash damage I said its brittle and probably a defective product they were having none of it. I contacted horizon customer support sent pictures they agreed it was not supposed to be like that and sent me a part to fix it. I have been purchasing my products from rochester rc and have had great interactions and free delivery its great highly recommend.”

“I have used wheelspin models for over 10 years now maybe not as much as I'd like lol but with everything I've ever bought from them the service I've received is second to none always delivered onetime and always ad the products I required at the time.. the only thing I don't like is their shop is to far away lol I love to walk around a model shop and be able to see the models in the flesh 😀 keep up the good work guys thanks 😊”
