“New to the rc wolrd. I brought a new body shell an it was warped (had a front window screen pressed upside down in the rear window) I didn’t realise untill preparation for spraying. I phoned to asked what i can do as now I’ve noticed it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The first bloke i spoke to was amazing, later in the day i thought of another question so i called back to have STEVE answer, he was extremely rude didnt say hello, from the very start of the call he seemed defensive and just started arguing. I dont think he understood what i was asking. Ive posted our phone call in a few rc groups everyone seems to think the same thing… he was unprofessional! They know they have done wrong because today they posted a review about how awesome the team is!”

“I recently bought a new RC car from Wheelspin and was having trouble with the signal going to the car. Nicky at Wheelspin couldn't have been more helpful and when I found the issue, Nicky and Steve arranged for the distributor to send me a new antenna. When it was pre-built, the antenna was trapped in the receiver box and had been severed, so was a problem with manufacturing. Throughout the process, they were absolutely brilliant. I have now used Wheelspin several times, both in store and online and cannot recommend them highly enough. Every delivery on time and excellent customer service. I can safely say that if Wheelspin have the item I need in stock, it's where I'm going. And their delivery prices are cheaper than most. Buy with confidence.”

“Super fast turnaround and friendly knowledgeable service. The delivery was scheduled for next day Saturday delivery but unfortunately the courier wasn't our usual chap and couldn't find the house. The item was then delivered on Sunday which was great. Great overall.”
