Once hobby items have been put in your basket and paid for this is now where wheelspin models excel from purchase to door is fantastic with communication all the way to your door step. “I have lost count of the 5* reviews I have given f Wheelspin because of their fantastic service and Customer support. However, I am downgrading this to a 3* review because of one “far from perfect” experience. I ordered an expensive (ish) plane and was sent a different cheaper plane in error. When I informed Wheelspin I was told they would not send my correct plane until they had received back the incorrect one that they had sent me. I appealed since I had spent over £1500 with them that month alone. So I had to relabel the box then find and drive to a DPD Return centre myself - and not even the slightest thank you, let alone compensation for my time and car usage etc.”

“Tyres arrived intact,the packaging was a little scuffed as the Post Office made two attempts to deliver before I picked up from a local office,but not your fault.My initial attempt at purchasing was curtailed because of a secure password issue with my bank,so all in all an eventful purchase.”

“WHEELSPIN always make me happy ------- Royal Mail make me very UN happy --------When an item is promised on a Friday and it shows that it has arrived at a Depot near me I would have hoped it would soon be with me (Royal Mail e mailed me to say it would be delivered on Friday - I even had confirmation from them that if I wasn't home they would place it in my "Safe Place ")- However a full day later it is still at the same Depot.......... It would seem I won’t have the order until NEXT WEEK- VERY DISSAPOINTING - DPD have fulfilled a significant number of orders from the same company without any delay.. Royal Mail is no longer my choice of courier on ANY order.....You asked for feedback - I wonder if this will make any difference ?”
