“my only issue was my item was dispatched rm 48 on the monday but didn't receive it until the friday. it should of been delivered on the wednesday. so shipping is slow compared to other companies for the same price......”

“Wheel Spin models give a really good service in my experience they are friendly helpful and very knowledgeable, delivery's are on time which is great I would recommend them, if I need parts for my planes there web site is the first one I go to I will continue to use you in future ,they operate a price match system which is really good Thanks from one really happy customer”

“Orderd an fms futura 64mm last week it arrived and as I was setting it up I noticed an issue with one of the elevators this was on Sunday. Monday morning I called the store and mentioned the issue I was told to film the problem and send the video over so I did this Monday eve. Tuesday had a reply from Steve saying that the issue was being sorted. Got home from work on Wednesday to find the part I needed had been delivered. Absolutely stunned by the customer service best hobby company to deal with by a country mile. Will 100 % be using wheelspin again we have never had any issues with anything we have ordered top notch good work 👏”

“Morning, Have ordered a few things from Wheelspin, just bought a dual battery charger which arrived yesterday. Always had excellent service from the company, have also spoken personnelly to staff about orders via the telephone. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about items they have for sale.”
