“Terrible service, I pre-ordered and was told my order was ready to collect, so I went to collect only to have to wait 50 minutes in a queue. Several people just turned around and left. All this while 2 staff members were talking as much time as possible to explain how battery chargers work, that's the point when you say to a customer, it's all in the instruction booklet. This experience was a week before Christmas and I understand people may think that this was a one off due to busy time of year, while let me crush that perception for you. I had a very similar experience at the start of November and September. I will not be using them again.”

“A great shop with tons of stock. Website is fantastic and ordering couldn't be more easy. Orders are processed extremely quickly and updates given throughout the whole process. Staff are always friendly and eager to help with any questions you might have. I'll always use Wheelspin Models for all my modelling needs.”

“Hi All I had ordered for Christmas an Xfly Tasman 1500 PP from another excellent model shop unfortunately they on the Wednesday before Christmas couldn't fulfil the order as the Distributer hadn't been able to release from customs. That said a phone call made to Wheelspin Models on the 21st December 2pm, had model in stock paid item and £3 extra for DPD and was delivered to Scotland in 23 hours very impressive. TBH astonishing WELL DONE Wheelspin Models & DPD. Personal service can only be described as Excellent 5 star *****”

“Delivered as promised even using Royal Mail. Goods arrived in perfect condition. I had a number of problems with the product that The manufacturer needs to address. Engine not wired properly. Screw holes did not match Light connectors not correct. The problems were solved as I had experience with building models. These are no reflection on Wheelspin but refer to the E Flite product.”

“Found a new set of wheels for an old model and hoped that the picture and description matched those of the old model The new wheels were a perfect match to the original arrived very quickly and in good condition Great service and I would have no hesitation about using them again Fantastic”
