“Very good service Wasn't sure what parts were required to fix my hpi savage sent a message online through the q&a option got a reply very quickly with what parts were required and also a link the the user manual which had a parts list for further reference. went online ordered the parts arrived the next day very good customer service and knowledgeable employees highly recommend”

“Wheelspin Models are nothing short of BRILLIANT! They despatch orders very quickly, even items that are 'Shadow Stock', keep you informed of any delays, etc. Only had one delivery which arrived damaged (from manufacturers - NOT Wheelspin!), one email later, a returns label was sent, item returned & they sent a replacement free of charge! Totally OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend them & I will continue to use them.”

“This is the only place info for anything to do with RC cars for my husband. If I have any questions I can always send a message on Facebook or ask on the website and someone usually gets back to me within a couple of days. And if I have a problem with something I have ordered then I contact them and they sort it as soon as they can.”

“Having popped into the store recently, the gentleman who served us was absolutely fantastic. He kindly explained the collection process and was really helpful getting my order ready for me. I was beyond impressed with the gentleman's knowledge of my truck just on sight of the bodyshell! And I'm very grateful for the recommendation of an alternative shell, I'll definitely be ordering one to complete the rebuild of this car. Thank you for everything and I know where I'll be coming for the next car I build too!”
