“Wheelspin models have been excellent. I had spent about a week looking at reviews and watching videos on the truck I wanted (Senton 3s). Looked at a few companies with no response from emails, messaged Wheelspin after seeing they had what I wanted in stock and within minutes I had a response answering my questions and this was out of hours!! I ordered on wednesday it arrived the next day!! Kept informed at all stages from purchase til delivery. I own my own business and times at the moment are very challenging with all the things going on but Wheelspin have been superb from start to finish, well done lads. Will I use them again?? Oh yes 😁”

“Quick delivery of my new man toys! Kraton 6s & Notorious 6s bundles, even with covid 19 about! Always answered my questions and Queries, quickly (20min) seem happy to help me, no complaints at all would highly recommend! Cheapest prices I have found out of every other model shop there is! “Year after year, order after order, this company is just the best. Size or value doesn't matter, response is very fast, and should there be a problem from one of their suppliers, Wheelspin keep you up to date. They have never quite beaten their order to dispatch time of seven minutes!! Advice, should it be required, is also excellent. I have only used their return service once, and that was all my fault - still totally helpful and polite. Great firm.”

“I had a very good experience with the customer service wheelspin models provided. I had an issue with a t-maxx and the gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very quick to share his knowledge and experience with me to quickly resolve my issue i was so happy with my experience i even wrote an email telling them how happy i was with their services. I would definitely recommend wheelspin models to anyone”

“Order all my rc gear from these guys. Can not fault the service I have been recieving over this last year. Everything has arrived securly well packed and on time. I did email them the ither day to ask about an item and was very surprised to recieve an email back in about an hour. Very fast customer service and answered my question straight away. I see no reason for me to shop anywhere else for my rc purchases as these guys are.all on the ball. Excellent service first class products with great after care. What else would you want. Thanks F. Davidson.”
