“They have always provided a great service and have sorted out issues with stuff i bought very quickly in the past they have always been quick at despatching orders and also very happy with the kyosho usa 1 monster truck that i bought a few months back ran her in and she is brilliant”

“Thank you for being my favourite supplier. You are the first I go to for most things including specific spares as I know you will be trying for me and I can contact you if there is a problem. Latest order arrived promptly, as expected, well packed even though it was somewhat awkward! Website is easy to navigate with a good selection. I understand there are stock problems but the more you do the better it will get. Thank you.”

“Guys in the shop happy to help I’m not really in when it comes to rc but I love to tinker with things and not really good when it comes to talking on the phone but with the help of one of the staff I was able to get to the part I wanted 100% satisfied with everything”

“My google search brought me to wheelspin models as it came up with the best price. I added my item to the basket and went to pay. A note popped up to say spend £5 more and get free delivery. As i was already spending £95 i thought "well, i need some paint so why not". I added 5 paints in the end and went to basket. Delivery was now £3 but i could now collect it from the store for "free". I thought "i can do that anyway so why did i have to spend more money!" All that being said, the process was slick and quick and the goods arrived well on time. So, apart from the slight annoyance of the delivery costs, overall i am very satisfied.”

“Our order was delivered in good time and we'll packaged. We had a couple of issues with the items when they arrived but spoke to staff at Wheelspin who were really helpful and did all they could to try and rectify the issues. Items that needed to be exchanged were done so very quickly so the customer service we received was excellent.”
