“Never had any problem with delivery. Always on time or earlier than expected. Call a few times with queries and they are very helpful to answer any queries. I have never had to return anything to Wheelspin”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Been away from RC for a while and had a few questions that were promptly answered via Messenger. Placed the order and was kept informed of its progress throughout. Delivery itself was excellent and the 24hr service was reasonably priced. My kit had a piece missing (not Wheelspin's fault at all) so I advised them via Messenger. Again, it was a prompt response and the issue was quickly resolved. Great customer service! I've been left with the feeling that these guys will go above and beyond and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them; I'll definitely be buying from them in the future.”

“Fantastic customer service!! Ordered a car during lockdown for my sons birthday unfortunately we had a couple of issues with it. Emailed and straight away was told to send it back and they would take a look, within a few days it was back and sorted. I dont usually write reviews but felt the after sales were fantastic. Thankyou 😀”

“I have only recently dealt with Wheelspin Models but was very impressed at the quality of service and how knowledgeable they are . Also it makes such a difference to able to speak to someone in the UK instead of some weird online conversion to China. They have exactly the right idea when it comes to customer relations. I will definitely be using this place again in the future.”

“What can i say about this company. They go far and beyond to help you out. Lockdown???? What lockdown. These guys respond to emails on the same day and even call back if you ask them to if your really stuck. Customer service is absolutely brilliant.”

“This was the first time I had used Wheelspin Models and it won't be the last. During this present Covid-19 situation I have lost count of the time that orders didn't turn up or where very late which is probably understandable in some cases but the service I got from this company was exemplary. Fast delivery,priced competitively and quick to respond to e-mails. To sum up a first class service.”

“Excellent Customer Service. I ordered a model plane which arrived within 24 hrs. Unfortunately when unpacking, some parts were damaged from the original manufacturer (not Wheelspin). I contacted Wheelspin and they sent me a pre-paid returns label and I had a replacement plane within a couple of days. Brilliant service. They are my number 1 place for my orders with that level of service. Thanks everyone at Wheelspin.”
