“I have been a customer of Wheelspin for over 10 years now and they have never failed to deliver an excellent all round service from technical support to order handling and despatch. I have no hesitation in recommending Wheelspin Models to young and old, newcomers to RC or old hands at the hobby. When I lived in the same area as Wheelspin and was able to visit in person they were very helpful to me when I was an RC novice.”

“Wheelspin Models is my favourite model store for online ordering. Their customer service is second to none and they generally have what I want in stock and at very competitive prices. I really like that they use DPD for delivery as DPD is a speedy, reliable and friendly service and I always know when my order will arrive. A big WELL DONE from me for Wheelspin's excellent stocks of aeromodelling goods and superfast same day dispatching of orders!!”

“All is good. I ordered a heat sink and fan for my Rusty motor but it was the wrong one sent so they sent me different one for free. Customer service was quick in getting it sorted thanks 5*.”

“Wheelspin does exactly what it says on the website, delivers quickly, reasonably priced items, if you email, they get back to you promptly unlike Jadlam Toys and Models, told that company you like to copy Wheelspin Models with exactly the same prices, but do not dispatch as quickly even though Jadlam proclaim it does, do not respond quickly at all, say call the company but no phone number 🤬 wasn't until I threatened going to PayPal to get my money back that I got a reply email and decided to finally despatch. Jadlam may have same price's BUT they are NOT in the same league as Wheelspin Models and we learn from our mistakes. Will Never give my money to Jadlam ever again. Keep up the excellent work Wheelspin, pleasure to do business with this company and would highly recommend. P.S can't wait to review Jadlam as they are going to get a both barrels review, only what it deserves.”
