“my main premise is that if I spend my money. I want to feel good about the experience and feel valued. I was never patronised by the staff.I’m a bit of a rookie pilot, but they were very helpful and polite. Best of all a friendly voice ! Great support with an issue I had. But resolved admirably! “Extremely friendly, efficient and trustworthy team! I made an order over the phone with little knowledge of the product and associated radio components and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I bought the correct items (not unnecessarily expensive ones!). “Decent, honest friendly and helpful personal service. The sales staff know their stuff expecially about fiddly things like connectors! Great accurate advice about postage and delivery. They don't mind me babbling on about my planes! Quality kit at decent prices. I recommend them to anyone.”

“Great service as always. Steve was happy to help combine a 2nd order with another not-yet dispatched order. Call was answered pretty quickly (in a world of being used to waiting on hold forever) which was refreshing, and lovely to speak to someone for advice. Fully recommend Wheelspin Models!”
