“Wheelfreedom has helped our local aged care facility in providing us with specialised seating. The team is very friendly and communicative and will go out of their way to help. I have also been highly impressed by their knowledge and helping us problem solve to find great solutions that are person-centred. “Easy to order, I had to change the delivery date and the customer service was excellent. The price is very affordable and the wheelchair was brilliant for me to use on our recent cruise holiday. Will definitely be using this again for future holidays abroad.”

“I wanted to write to thank you for a wonderful service. I know that you are running a business and probably don't expect thanks, but the wheelchair not only gave me mobility whilst I have been recovering from a broken leg, it also gave me the confidence to do things I could not otherwise have done without the chair. I was able to have a lovely holiday, and still join with my friends to get out and about whilst away, something that would have been very difficult without the chair. I thank you again for providing such an invaluable service.”

“I came across wheelfreedom while looking for solutions for my mom before we decided to travel to the UK from India for the first time. The process of booking a wheelchair with Debbie was absolutely smooth. She was patient and supportive for all the queries a first timer would have. The whole process of booking, delivery and return of wheelchair was extremely efficient, smooth and hassle free. The wheelchair quality was excellent and was a blessing to navigate around London and Edinburgh for my mother without which she wouldn't have been able to move around. The foldable wheelchair was easy to transport in cabs or anywhere and move cities as well. Thank you to the entire team of Wheelfreedom for making my mom's trip comfortable around exploring your beautiful country. I wish and I hope we can get access to products and services like yours everywhere we visit. I highly recommend Wheelfreedom to anyone with mobility challenges requiring a wheelchair. “The service was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful. I rented a rollator to see how I got on with it prior to me purchasing one. I would recommend the Chessington Showroom for anyone thinking of using a mobilty aid in the near future.”

“This is the most amazing company for after sales service. I had a tearful phone call from Gatwick Airport half an hour ago. A friend could not travel to Turkey with her children because she did not know the technical details of her mobility scooter. A quick call to Debbie and the panic was over!”

“Fantastic service - we had no idea what we were looking for to give our housebound relatives some freedom - Debbie was patient and understanDing throughout and made some great suggestions. “After searching the internet for wheelchair hire I found Wheelfreedom, and so so glad. Having never needed to do this before I needed one for my mum for a holiday. The staff both via email and phone were so helpful and put me at ease straightaway. The chair was both delivered and collected exactly as agreed and I wouldn't hesitate at using them again as well recommending them to friends. Big thank you.”

“This must be the most prompt, efficient and friendly service I have ever had! I needed a wheel chair for a couple of weeks and had difficulty sourcing one near me. I rang wheelfredom spoke to a very pleasant lady and the wheel chair arrived next morning. You can't do better than that. Well done and thank you.💜”

“I hired a TGA mobility scooter for two weeks. Excellent, seemless service from ordering stage to collection. Polite and friendly staff. I had a problem with the scooter while on holiday and on returning the scooter, the Staff resolved the issue straight away. I will be receiving a refund which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend this service.”

“We were staying for two weeks in a youth hostel in Edinburgh. The wheelchair was delivered on time (meaning: on our arrival date) and was waiting for us. My husband (78 and unused to wheelchair-driving) pushed me up and down in the centre of town, and we even went to the Royal Highland Show three times. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday, but I panicked: I still need it on Thursday. The date was changed, no problems, to Friday. The Breezy is a good wheelchair, comfortable and folded up in seconds.”
