“In late October I fell and broke my ankle in three places. Consequently after surgery to repair the breaks I was told that the ankle had to be non weight bearing for 6 weeks. Unfortunately three days after discharge from hospital I fell again and broke a hip. We had already arranged to hire the wheelchair from Wheelfreedom, so it was an absolute necessity to have the wheelchair . All the health professionals who visited me commented on the quality of the chair and asked for the contact details, especially as it was cheaper and more easily available than Red Cross or other suppliers. After three months we have returned the wheelchair, packed up in the original packaging and collected by courier the day after we contacted Wheelfreedom. The service and wheelchair have both been excellent. Would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Following an accident I required the short term hire of a wheelchair. Wheelfredom couldn't have been more perfect from my initial phone call the chair arrived the next morning. It was exactly as discribed, lightweight and easy for my carer to put in er car, easy to fold and easy to attach the foot rests. The chair was clean and in new condition, collection was also faultless and so glad i found Wheelfredom. I would highly reccomend to anyone needing to hire a wheelchair, the cost was also very reasonable.”

“We needed a new electric wheelchair for my daughter and we’re so happy to find Wheelfreedom almost on our doorstep. They helped us choose the appropriate chair and accessories and everybody that works there was friendly and helpful. We rented the same model for 2 weeks to make sure we were happy. This gave us reassurance. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”

“What an absolutely fantastic company this is! After recent ankle surgery & being unable to use crutches, I called Wheelfreedom who were incredibly kind and helpful, and had my wheelchair of choice on my doorstep the very next day. Once back on my feet, just one call and the wheelchair was picked up from my doorstep next day. Service doesn’t get any better than this - lovely people and brilliant service. Very highly recommended!!”

“My wife Barbara signed three years contract for hire of Q4 quantum midwheel electric wheelchair sadly we had a sensor issue causing several stoppages to my wife's journeys which started on day three we were assessed by Doriano radice one of the most informative,polite, empathetic and sympathetic caring souls we have met especially in this environment very impressed by his professional and personal conduct was much appreciated in life , we were equally impressed by James Harris service manager for we were very stressed out understandably but his was calm , considered and what we like was hands on rang us on several occasions giving us updates and eventually issue was resolved in a very amicable way we had got several people telling us this way a good company and found out that to be true excellent service excellent product Q4 quantum midwheel electric wheelchair after initial issues cannot fault this product would thoroughly recommend both providers and wheelchair”

“Great service from start to finish. Easy to book, staff were friendly and helpful, it arrived clean and with very good instructions and was ready to use within minutes and sending it back was also very easy. I wasn’t going to be in all day so the member of staff I spoke with said that’s fine and wrote it down and it was collected with no issues. Would definitely use again - although hoping I won’t ever need to!”

“What a Godsend Wheelfreedom has been. My husband’s made to measure chair was delayed and we urgently needed a wheelchair for his various appointments....was given details for the company and they were able supply a rental chair at affordable rates and even when we had to extend the chair hire, all done quickly and efficiently staff were friendly, extremely professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family including friends. The chair arrived safely and was collected safely in it's own box. The chair was highly maintained and suited my husband’s 6'4 frame. Thank you”

“Needed a wheelchair temporarily for a family member coming home from hospital. I choose Wheelfreedom because of the reviews given, and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the service! Absolutely lovely service from Tracy on the phone. Delivery came the next day before 1pm. Highly professional service from start to finish. Collection of wheelchair was simple and easy. Price is very reasonable and the fact that we didn’t have to go and collect it was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and kindly service. Would use them again in a heart if needed.”
