“Carmelita was super helpful & explained everything involved with the hiring process. The different Mobility chair options were clearly set out on the website & reasonably priced. The chairs arrived fully charged and in great condition. I'm sure I'll use WheelFreedom again!”

“First I would like to say the service and staff at Wheelfreedom is great. I hired the knee scooter which is a great idea to aid mobility for below the knee injuries/surgery which require total non-weightbearing on the injured leg. However, once you are in this position you realise there are a few design issues which could be sorted out: 1) You need somewhere to attach your crutches in case you need to get off the scooter. 2) Suspension! Apart from totally smooth surfaces there needs to be some softness in the wheels to protect the knee. 3) If the knee pad was offset depending on which leg is injured it would make it easier for the good leg to fit in.”

“This was a lifesaver it allowed me to be independent during the day when my husband was at work. They should be issued at hospitals by the physio's if they could be bothered. My surgeon told me about the K9's and I found you easily on the web. Your service was excellent. Thank you so much. Jan Howell”

“A really good response. Delivery and pick up for return was amazingly fast. An almost new wheelchair was supplied with all the things needed to adjust it. I would highly recommend.”

“Very very impressed with this company !! I rang late afternoon to hire a wheelchair for the following day and although I was initially told that orders need to be received by3.30 for the following day they rang me back a few minutes later and said they could help after all.The wheelchair was delivered the following morning at 9.30am. When I had finished with it a simple phone call was made and it was picked up the next day, Excellent service all round .”
