“Really helpful & friendly staff! I hired a portable wheelchair for a friend of mine who was coming on a trip to Europe with me. Unfortunately he could no longer make the trip so i had to cancel my order. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently and i was issued a full refund. Absolutely brilliant service with understanding staff which a really apprecciated. Thank you.”

“I was really pleased with how easy it was to hire a powered wheelchair by phone, the staff were so very helpful. I would also like to comment on the delivery / collection man. He was so very helpful with all my questions on how to use & recharge the wheelchair, I did not feel rushed & he answered all my questions, he must be a big asset to the company & I would like to highly commend him to his manager & the Wheelfreedom company. Although the delivery time spanned a couple of hours, the wheelchair was delivered at the earliest time given, so as I didn't have to wait in for a long period of time, great.”

“Wheelfreedom made it possible for my in-laws to take a short family holiday in Llangollen just before their 65th wedding anniversary. My mother-in-law has limited mobility and my car doesn't have space for 4 adults, their luggage, a walking aid and a wheelchair. Wheelfreedom solved our dilemma by providing a wheelchair for her use. The chair was waiting for us at the hotel reception as arranged and was collected after we left for the journey home. Excellent service, really helpful email updates, very happy to recommend and will use again if we are able to take another holiday.”
