“We needed a wheelchair, urgently, after my wife returned home after surgery for a badly broken ankle. I found Wheelfreedom from a search online. Phoned an order through and the next day the wheelchair was delivered to our home. It was the same for returning it, phoned through and it was collected the very next day. Very simple when I was at a loss for what we could do. We needed a wheelchair with leg support and nothing I found locally could provide one. Also, the open-ended hire arrangement was particularly useful because we didn't know how long we would need the use. The fees were reasonable as well. All in All, I can highly recommend this service.”

“Dear Kelly You kindly helped us to choose a wheelchair for my elderly uncle. I am delighted to say that it works well for him and for us. We originally came to see you with a more expensive model in mind but you were able to show us that the Karma wheelchair was really more suitable to my uncle's needs. We really do appreciate your advice and expertise. While many disability aid shops carry a few wheelchairs and rollators, it was most gratifying to find a dealer with a wide range of stock and truly knowledgeable staff. To anyone contemplating the purchase of a wheelchair or rollator I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Wheelfreedom showroom. With many thanks and kind regards. Diane Taylor”

“It has not been easy to admit that the time has come if I want any independence and not reliant on someone pushing me around to look at mobility aid alternatives. Jess at wheelfreedom was simple amazing, talked me through all the options after first asking me what my most important needs were. My final decision was 100% based on the expertise of Jess and I feel over the moon with my decision. Renting for two weeks and if totally happy purchasing one.”

“My father had a serious stroke in January this year which left him with right sided paralysis, and when he came out of hospital in April we needed to sort out a wheelchair for him, if we'd waited for an NHS one we'd have had at least a 9 month wait, there was no way we could leave Dad bedbound for that long so after perusing the internet I decided to go with Wheelfreedom, this turned out to be a wise choice. I contacted them and received a response almost immediately from a lovely lady called Caroline who talked me through the various options that were most suitable for Dad. She left the options with me so that I could discuss with the family which to choose and we decided to hire the Rea Azalea for a few months to see how Dad got on with it before we committed to buying one. The chap who delivered the wheelchair was extremely knowledgeable and fitted the chair to Dad's measurements. When the physiotherapists from the hospital came to do their routine check on Dad's progress they were impressed at how well fitted the wheelchair was for Dad's requirements. As Dad was doing so well with the wheelchair we decided to purchase the same model, Caroline was once again very helpful with organising this, Dad's new wheelchair was once again fitted to his specific measurements and requirements. I can thoroughly recommend Wheelfreedom, there was continuity of excellent customer service right from the start to the end of the process of hiring/purchasing Dad's wheelchair. At no time did we feel under pressure to hire/purchase, we had time to think and discuss as a family what we wanted to do and Caroline answered any questions/queries we had quickly and efficiently in a very friendly approachable manner.”

“Incredible service and very straightforward to access. Really polite and helpful staff. Got next day delivery, packed well and easy to open and set up. Wheel chair perfect for the injury I had and so much better to handle/lighter than the hospitals. Great value and easy to return. Seamless from start to finish , athanor you.”

“What a fantastic service. I cannot rate it high enough. From the first contact Wheelfreedom were friendly, efficient and so helpful. The response to any queries were dealt with speedily. “A really brilliant company. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and welcoming, and my advisor, Kelly, was superb. She recommended a powerchair for me that has turned out to be perfect for what I need and was so patient with my dithering and switching between lease or buy. I'd be more than happy to buy from them again. Really good service and nice people.”
