“My mother-in-law uses a walker to get around. When we were planning our trip to England, we knew that a walker wouldn't be enough. We thought about renting a wheelchair in Toronto, Canada, but didn't want to deal with it on the plane if we didn't have to. We found Wheelfreedom and it truly was FREEDOM! The best part was that the wheelchair was delivered in London and picked up in Bristol, allowing us to visit more places and still have the wheelchair available to us. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to get out and about and travel with no hassles at all. Even when we needed to change our pick up day, the pick up people were very efficient and even called the apartment where we were staying to confirm their reception hours, address, contact person, etc. The price was affordable and fair. The customer service was excellent. The wheelchair itslelf was clean and in good condition. I recommend Wheelfreedom without hesitation!”

“Really brilliant service, so fast and the person I spoke to was thoughtful and caring as well as being efficient. My husband's comment was he wished he'd not been quite so stubborn and had decided a wheel chair would have been a boost to his freedom weeks before he did. Unfortunately, we only had one little trip out but it gave him confidence knowing that the chair was there. We also thought it was very reasonably priced. The chair was a good one, easy to fold, unfold and manoeuvre. Delivery and pick up were were well organised and information backed up by emails. All very easy and complication free. Thank you!”
