“Chair was great, service was good in terms of easy to speak to and easy to arrange delivery and collection. Only negative was the direct debit payments not being when we expected them, both being a couple of days late but no contact to say when they’d come out so having to constantly monitor it. Overall very good though and would use again (although hopefully won’t need to!)”

“We hired a wheelchair for a holiday/wedding abroad for my sister who has mobility issues. The service was excellent. We left it very late to organise and the wheelchair came very quickly and with no problems at all. Delivered to the door in a box with all the instructions. It was so easy to use and we would not have managed without it. Foldable for the boot of the car and so easy to put together and we took it right to the door of the plane. On our return we called to arrange collection and again a simple process and after putting it back in the box it was collected next day. An excellent service and a pleasure to deal with. The lady on the phone was so helpful and professional. Thank you”

“My wife required a wheelchair following a fall down a flight of stairs and breaking her heal bone. Searching for a suitable provider I chanced upon WheelFreedon, after previous experiences with other companies in the past I had no great expectations. How wrong could I be, there was never a "no we can't" from the first contact to the last. They were understanding of our requirements, prompt with answering the phone and dealing with any queerie, arranged overnight delivery and collection, happy to arrange an open-ended agreement as we were unsure about recovery times and the billing arrangement was super easy. I hope I don't need them again, however, they will be the only people I want to use if a chair is required again.”

“I really benefitted from this service. I needed a wheelchair for a couple of weeks to get me through a surgery I was having. My only little quibble is that when booking the wheelchair I was given the choice of pick up exactly when I thought I needed it or to let them know when I was done with it. However they didn’t pick up and I had to let them know which meant we had to pay for a longer time than we had planned. It’s not the end of the world but I didnt appreciate being told one thing despite it being in the contract that it would be a role over contract. Otherwise I found the service useful, helpful and the people had good people skills.”

“Was really happy with my Wheelfreedom experience overall. I sprained my ankle badly and needed a temporary wheelchair. Wheelfreedom was one of the rare options and their booking process was really easy. Customer service advisor Tammy was nice as well. The delivery & return was quick and easy, I only dropped one star because when they first delivered it, the window they gave was 9am-6pm but the delivery came at 8am which was annoying as they already had such a large timeframe and still went out of it. Apart from that, I thought the service was great.”

“I cannot praise Wheelfreedom enough for their excellent, caring and helpful service over the telephone. I needed to hire a chair for my elderly father whom we were taking on holiday. It was a revelation to find they had a selection of wheelchairs and could deliver / collect on a day convenient to us! I held little hope that one could be found that was convenient to hire at a reasonable price and most importantly - one that would fit into the smallish boot of our Toyota Aygo. I shouldn't have worried. Wheelfreedom helped me to find the right model - their Lightweight Foldable Wheelchair - and delivered it as arranged. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly and will certainly use again.”

“Thank you for the help and support you provided when we brought our mum in for a wheelchair especially to Jess. She was very caring and understanding. My mum is extremely happy with the wheelchair, it’s very comfortable and very easy to take apart and put back together again. A massive thank you to you all.”

“We needed a Rollator. Went to Wheelfreedom today Just for a look to see what is available. Paul was really friendly and helpful, pointing us in the right direction, but not pushing us in any direction (excuse the pun).Good clear explanation and demonstrations and when we chose a Collator, he found us one of the same specification but a little less cost. How good does it get. Thanks Paul”
