“I couldn’t be happier with Wheelfreedom. My husband needed a wheelchair after a stay in hospital, I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, and the chair arrived the next morning. “From the first chat with Paul he could not have been more helpful by loading the scooter in the boot of my car and giving information on how to rebuild it on my holiday. The scooter was a real asset on my holiday I would not have managed without it . I experienced excellent service through out even when taking it back my health had deteriorated it was back out of boot and I didn't have even get out of my car. I would recommend this company to everyone”

“WheelFreedom provided a positive experience at such a negative time! Everything was so easy, from selecting the correct wheelchair for my needs, ordering it, receiving delivery - really quick and convenient - and organising the return. It was most comforting to deal with the very professional staff over the phone (thank you, Debbie!) so that everything was clear and all my questions were answered immediately. I hope I never injure myself again to the extent that I need a wheelchair, but if I do I will definitely use WheelFreedom. Great products and great customer service! (Lesley in Yorkshire)”

“Very happy with the service we received. Our first contact was returned by a phone call within the hour and the wheelchair arrived next day as promised. Collection was also very easy to arrange and efficient. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend Wheelfreedom. net”

“We visited the Chessington showroom twice and the staff were all very helpful, in particular Kelly, who suggested which scooter was the right one for my Father. When we returned to collect it Kelly once again went through the controls and how to assemble it. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to the Company. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend the company.”

“I needed a wheel chair after a nasty leg break. Wheelfreedom provided me with a good quality chair at a reasonable price. The delivery and collection method was very prompt and easy to use. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but would highly recommend there service.”

“I found Wheelfreedome on line as I needed a short term rental for my mother's visit. I called and the person was extremely helpful and informative. It was very easy to book the drop off and collection. The chair was in excellent condition and arrived boxed. It was easy to put in and out of the car and rebox up for collection which happened as arranged. All very straight forward and I would use them again.”

“Our 4 year old broke her leg at the start of June and the NHS in our local area don’t provide wheelchairs for short term use. As you can imagine the thought of having a 4 year old housebound was like another lockdown and one we were keen to avoid. I searched online for wheelchairs for young kids and lots of places didn’t provide to under 6’s, others could only offer a teenager size chair so we were stumped. Then I found Wheelfreedom and gave them a call - 2 days later the chair was on my doorstep and my 4 year old was able to get some independence back! She went to nursery on her chair - much to the delight of her friends and we were able to get out the house. Cost wise I thought the hire was well worth it - and I will be sharing the details with anyone else who has an unfortunate accident and needs a set of wheels to get around!”
