“This is the third time I have used Wheelfreedom for wheelchair hire for a holiday with my mother who has impaired mobility. Each time the wheelchair has been delivered to the hotel and collected again at the end of the holiday. It is packed in a user-friendly way and we had no difficulty in unpacking and re-packing it. It was comfortable and appropriate. A good service.”

“Minimum charge: 2 weeks hire of wheel chair £25 + £12.50 delivery and £12.50 collection. We only required for 4 days therefore minimum charge of £50 applied, thus more economical to hire for 2 weeks. However simple to order, chair looked like brand new and was delivered and uplifted when promised between time scales given. Service was second to none given we would have had to hire a larger car at greater expense to transport wheelchair and luggage. We will definitely use Wheel Freedom again. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service. Light weight, very clean, foldable wheelchair arrived the day after I ordered it to enable me to transport eight year old son with leg in plaster. Very easy to return when no longer needed. Just a telephone call then it was collected from my porch the next morning.”

“Excellent service - if only we had know about this company before. The knee scooter has been such a revelation! Makes keeping up with the rest of the family possible and getting around so much easier. Will definitely use again if we find ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing one again! “Fantastic service - the first time I have used you and will certainly use again. Had to get a wheelchair at the last minute for a wedding. Placed my order at mid-day and the wheelchair arrived at 8.30 the next morning. Made life very easy at was a very stressful time.”

“I had a foot operation and needed a wheelchair to get around. I found wheelfreedom on the web and called the company. The call was answered promptly and dealt with in an excellent manner.My wheelchair was delivered in a couple of days and the payment process explained very carefully. When I had finished with the wheelchair a quick call was made and I was asked which day was suitable for me to have the chair collected and again collected with no fuss. The chair was of an excellent condition and easy to get in and out of the delivery box. An excellent company with excellent service. Thank you.”

“Dear Friends at Wheel Freedom, I arranged to have your wheel chair for my daughter who has MS to use during out holiday in Cornwall. She has her own in Ross, Scotland but was very glad not to have to add it to the problems of 'Assisted Travel' coming south. In any case she was delighted that the style chosen was so light and easy to manage and is hoping to be able to buy something similar now she is back home. It was very touching to see how delighted she was with the chair. Thank you all for this incomparable service. Jill Edwards”

“We were extremely impressed. Visitor from New Zealand broke her ankle on holiday with us and had seen a Knee Scooter in New Zealand. We had never heard of one. We found Wheel Freedom on the internet and found them extremely helpful and very efficient. Ordered it one night and it was delivered the following day. When we were finished with it we called at 9am and it was removed by midday. The Wheel Scooter came with concise information/instructions. We thoroughly recommend Wheel Freedom. Everyone we spoke to on the phone there, was very helpful too !”

“Very impressed with the professional manner of staff whenever I called, and the fact that we had the wheelchair delivered the morning after I ordered it. One minor issue with the wheelchair itself - could do with brake controls on the pushing handles? Otherwise very pleased with it, as it was reassuringly sturdy and surprisingly light to lift in and out of the car. I should have read the instructions more thoroughly - I was quite disconcerted that a wheel came off while I was getting the chair ready for my wife to sit in as I hadn't read about the quick-release wheel fittings!”

“The wheelchair was delivered very quickly to our house - it was in perfect condition and very user-friendly: easy to unpack and get in use. The hire fee was very reasonable indeed. Collection was also easy and speedy. Altogether a good experience.”
