“Wheelfreedom is an excellent service. I injured my achilles and the wheelchair arrived the day after the order and when it had to go back they picked it up from my work place. Can not fault the service. thank you”

“Cannot fault the service, including courier drivers. Found head office very accommodating and polite, and there was no 'hard sell' or difficulty when needing to return the item. Service was quick and easy. Well done WheelFreedom.”

“quick & easy service. Chair was just what we needed after an ankle operation. Staff on the phone were helpful & friendly. Delivery & return was simple. Would use again (but hopefully won't have to!) & recommend.”

“Great service--very helpful people who work promptly--in this case enabling me to establish what type of wheelchair did NOT suit me by giving me an economic way of hiring a wheelchair to try out for two weeks ,rather than rushing into buying something unsuitable. i shall use them again”

“Ordering my wheelchair was straight forward using a free phone number or by email. I received my wheelchair just a day after I placed my order. The price was reasonable and it was promptly collected after use. I'm very happy with the service and will recommend Wheel Freedom to other people.”

“I needed a wheelchair just for a 2 week period to take my elderly father away on holiday. The customer service team were efficient and the wheelchair was delivered as agreed and collected likewise. I would definitely use again.”

“wheelchair was delivered on time and although the collection was late (due to the carrier) when i contacted wheelfreedom they were extremely helpful and had it picked the next day. Thank you and I have already recommended you to other people.”
