“Super friendly customer service - who organised everything we needed. The chair arrived promptly and was customised for our daughter. Easy to put together, very comfortable and quite light in weight. Definitely recommend and will use again if we need another wheelchair.”

“We visited the Chessington showroom twice and the staff were all very helpful, in particular Kelly, who suggested which scooter was the right one for my Father. When we returned to collect it Kelly once again went through the controls and how to assemble it. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to the Company. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend the company.”

“I needed a wheel chair after a nasty leg break. Wheelfreedom provided me with a good quality chair at a reasonable price. The delivery and collection method was very prompt and easy to use. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but would highly recommend there service.”

“I found Wheelfreedome on line as I needed a short term rental for my mother's visit. I called and the person was extremely helpful and informative. It was very easy to book the drop off and collection. The chair was in excellent condition and arrived boxed. It was easy to put in and out of the car and rebox up for collection which happened as arranged. All very straight forward and I would use them again.”

“Our 4 year old broke her leg at the start of June and the NHS in our local area don’t provide wheelchairs for short term use. As you can imagine the thought of having a 4 year old housebound was like another lockdown and one we were keen to avoid. I searched online for wheelchairs for young kids and lots of places didn’t provide to under 6’s, others could only offer a teenager size chair so we were stumped. Then I found Wheelfreedom and gave them a call - 2 days later the chair was on my doorstep and my 4 year old was able to get some independence back! She went to nursery on her chair - much to the delight of her friends and we were able to get out the house. Cost wise I thought the hire was well worth it - and I will be sharing the details with anyone else who has an unfortunate accident and needs a set of wheels to get around!”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from wheel freedom. The wheel chair was sturdy but light enough to be lifted in and out of the car boot with relative ease. The delivery and collection was very efficient. The short term hire was extremely useful whilst my wife's leg was encased in plaster. Thank you for your service.”
