“Having broken my ankle, and not being allowed to take any weight on it for at least eight weeks, I had the notion of hiring a wheelchair to enable me to get around at home, especially to enable me to continue to cook and access the washing machine, drier, etc etc. I was very pleased with it. Delivery was quick, and the choice of a lightweight chair enabled me to 'turn it on a sixpence'. It was strong, with a smooth action. Indeed, I am sorry to see it go, as it became my lifeline, but the costs were such that it had to be returned. My thanks for the excellent service.”

“I had paid extra for a 10:30 next day delivery! The van arrived on time and whilst that was admirable, an empty van was not what I needed for my newly re-built ankle. The van was empty! This 'disaster' however, allowed 'Wheelfreedom' to show what a great company they truly are. A FIVE STAR COMPANY indeed. Within a short time of my initial phone call to W/f , the lost scooter was located -- 225 miles from my home. I had really wanted//needed to take delivery that day, but despite fresh promises from the staff I put the chances of that happening at below zero. At 4 P.M I was riding an excellently prepared machine along my hallway. I don't think I have dealt with a better company in quite a few years of buying from the internet. If you want super service from a company that will go out of their way to put things right for the customer --use Wheelfreedom. For what it is worth I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED with the product(I eventually hired two. One for downstairs and one for upstairs~~~~~~~~~) Or with the company! They are gold star! Mike”

“We have nothing but praise for every aspect of hiring a wheelchair from Wheel Freedom. It was wonderful to have the chair delivered so promptly and it really made life easier after I broke my pelvis in a fall. The chair folded up and fitted in the boot of our car enabling me to go on holiday and to go on days out. Highly recommended.”

“What an amazing service ! During a touring holiday my wife fractured her ankle and to be able to hire a wheelchair (complete with elevated leg rest) and have it delivered to a small caravan site was just brilliant. The sales agent was very helpful and guided me through all the steps with confidence. The overall cost for a weeks hire was an acceptable expenditure to allow us to enjoy what would otherwise have been a somewhat limited holiday. Our sincere thanks to all concerned.”

“Was very easy to book, however was not very impressed that it was delivered to wrong part of the country and then I had to wait until 6 o'clock in the evening for it to turn up I paid £35 to get it delivered on a Saturday before 12.30 pm so expected to be offered some sort of refund on the delivery as it was very late . Getting it picked up was very easy though, after all said and done would still use again .”

“THE WHOLE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH, VERY HELPFUL ON THE TELEPHONE. CHAIR WAS DELIVERED EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE AND I WAS KEPT UPTO DATE WITH DELIVERY TIME BY EMAIL CHAIR WAS THEN COLLECTED EXACTLY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT SERVICE WHICH I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE JAYNE PINCUS”

“What an absolutely brilliant piece of equipent the Knee Scooter is! It made my 6 weeks in a non weight bearing plaster bearable. I was able to whizz around the dounstairs of the house on it enabling me to do most household tasks. It easily folds down so that it can be put into the boot of the car too and I went on many shopping excurstions where I had a few strange looks but it definitely gave me "Wheel Freedom". Wheel Freedom provided an excellent service both for the delivery and collection and I would recommend them to anyone, thank you so much!”

“Very good company to deal with. The Knee Scooter was an absolute god-send for me following my ankle surgery, whereby I was unable to weight-bear on one side for 2 weeks. I was struggling very badly with crutches & zimmer-frame & putting my upper body under tremendous strain. My recovery turned over a new leaf when the scooter arrived, I was able to glide around the house, & it was taken upstairs for me for night time so that I could glide to & fro the bathroom. I was also able to use it as a seat in between tasks. And it got me to & fro a hospital appointment which otherwise would have been an ordeal. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has had ankle surgery and who is not an expert at hopping around ! I only wish I had discovered wheelfreedom prior to my discharge from hospital so that it could have been waiting for me on my first day home, those first few days would have been far more harmonious and much less painful. If you are expecting ankle surgery and know in advance that you are unable to weight bear then it will be a god-send for you to have this product sooner rather than later !! It enabled me to re-gain my dignity at a very difficult time.”
